Baker Queen Anne Addition

This project replaced the existing jerry-built rear addition and provided a new detached garage for an otherwise immaculate Queen Anne house in Denver’s Baker historic district. The addition was designed to complement the Victorian roofline, while the garage was designed to maintain as much sun as possible in the cozy, south-facing rear yard.
